

1. About
"Best Practices of Chinese Outsourcing Cultivation & Service Institutions” is co-held by Devott Co., Ltd. and National Human Resources Institution for Service Outsourcing, with support from Expert Committee of China Association of Trade in Services, The Management Center of National Service Outsourcing. The candidates are Chinese service outsourcing educational institutions and Chinese service outsourcing trainings institutions. We do deep and comprehensive research on all candidates and publish “TOP 10 Chinese Service Outsourcing Educational Institutions” and “TOP 10 Chinese Service Outsourcing Training Institutions”, in the hope that governments, educational and training institutions, companies, experts industrial professionals will cooperate with each other to build a personnel supply system which can fill the industrial talent gap and meet the demand of enterprise on professionals. In the end, we think this selection will improve the general training quality and develop the service outsourcing industry in a rapid and sound way.
